What This Page Covers

You are seeing this page because a merchant sent you a BillMyAgent payment link, or you are paying on our hosted checkout. These disclosures explain who you are paying, how the payment works, and where to go if something goes wrong. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to them.

The Merchant Is the Seller

The merchant who created the payment link — not BillMyAgent — is the seller and your counterparty for whatever you are buying. The merchant is solely responsible for the goods or services, the payment amount, and the wallet address the payment goes to. BillMyAgent provides the checkout technology and is not a party to your purchase.

How the Payment Works

Payments are made in USDC directly from your wallet to the merchant's wallet on-chain. BillMyAgent never holds, controls, or takes custody of your funds at any point. The amount, network, and destination are fixed by the merchant and enforced by our servers. Each payment link is single-use and expires automatically.

Payments Are Final

Because payments settle directly on-chain and BillMyAgent never holds the funds, payments are final and non-refundable through BillMyAgent, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Any refund — including any refund the law requires — is provided by the merchant directly. Contact the merchant to request one.

Refunds, Disputes, and Support

Questions about your purchase, delivery, refunds, or disputes should go to the merchant, who is the seller. If you believe a payment link is being used for fraud, phishing, or impersonation, please report it to us — we can disable abusive links and suspend the accounts behind them.

Your Data

When you pay through the hosted checkout we collect a limited set of information — your wallet address, the transaction hash, the amount and network, and your IP address and browser user-agent for anti-abuse purposes. See the "Payment Link Buyers" section of our Privacy Policy for details, including how long we keep it. Note that wallet addresses and transaction hashes recorded on public blockchains are permanent and publicly visible.
